Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of sales, marketing or business development experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and business acumen.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English with good negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular market visits in Sarawak to grow field sales.
• Prepare and present quotations based on customer needs.
• Achieve sales targets through planning and territory management.
• Follow up on outstanding payments per AR list and terms.
• Provide on-site technical support to dealers and end-users.
• Plan promotional campaigns and coordinate marketing materials.
• Deliver product trainings and presentations at estates.
• Handle additional duties aligned with business needs.
