Job summary

Megatop Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales professional in Malaysia to develop new customers, conduct meetings, and close sales. The role requires 1–2 years of sales experience or a strong interest from fresh graduates.

You will travel for customer meetings and site visits and maintain relationships while meeting monthly targets. Candidates should have good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, plus basic computer skills (MS Office and Google Workspace).

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales are welcome to apply.
• Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
• Able to work independently and follow up closely with customers.
• Possess own transportation and willing to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience in construction, building materials, epoxy/PU flooring, or related industries is an added advantage.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop new customers and identify potential project opportunities.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, quotations, and tenders.
• Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and site visits.
• Actively follow up with potential customers and close sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and submit weekly sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project and customer follow-up.
