Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a field operations supervisor to oversee on-site activities at client locations across Malaysia. The role requires travel to Cyberjaya, Nilai, Johor Bahru, Bukit Jalil, and other sites, with hours 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, and a preference for own transport.

You should communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia, hold at least a minimum SPM, own a motorbike, and be willing to learn.

Qualifications

• Communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum SPM qualification required.
• Must own a motorbike and be willing to travel outside the city for work.
• Own transportation preferred.
• Reach Truck/Forklift or truck experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of supply chain, logistics, or land transportation.
• Comfortable traveling to multiple customer sites.
• Willing to learn.
• Working days Monday to Friday.
• Working hours 9:00 AM–6:00 PM.
• Location HQ in Shah Alam; travel to sites across Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Supervise operations and manage tasks at various customer locations.
• Communicate with vendors in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Work on-site at client data centers.
• Travel to assigned sites as scheduled by the hiring manager.
• Note: this is NOT a warehouse-based role.
