Job summary

Pacton Technologies Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Site Engineer to oversee equipment installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support for aquaculture automation and IoT systems.

You will work onsite at customer locations, coordinate with technicians and contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards and project schedules while delivering reliable technical service and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; strong practical skills.
• 1–3 years' experience in installation, maintenance, servicing or troubleshooting; low voltage wiring competency bonus.

Responsibilities

• Carry out on-site installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of aquaculture automation and monitoring systems.
• Supervise and coordinate technicians, subcontractors, and external installers during installation activities.
• Ensure proper installation of electrical control panels, sensors, motors, cameras, networking equipment and other devices.
• Conduct site surveys, assess installation requirements, and prepare tools, materials, and equipment.
• Perform system testing and handover to customers with verified functionality.
• Maintain records and ensure compliance with safety and project schedules.
• Provide after-sales support, on-site and remote assistance, and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose equipment failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
