Job summary

Qualifications

• A Higher Diploma or above in Electronics or Engineering Technology is required.
• Strong oral, written, interpersonal, and problem solving skills are required in Mandarin and English.
• Computer literacy is required.
• Ability to travel to customer sites or technical conferences may occasionally be required.
• Relevant experiences with SMT knowledge.
• Minimum 2-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Ability to understand and interpret detailed documents and drawings.
• Employee must occasionally move heavy objects.

Responsibilities

• Plans customer installations by coordinating customer support logistics.
• Installs machines ensuring customer acceptance is completed in a timely manner.
• Trains customers on proper operation and maintenance of machines.
• Monitors customer's workflow and work methods.
• Makes process recommendations for optimal machine performance.
• Services customer accounts and performs preventative maintenance.
• Repairs and updates machines with company hardware and software.
• Submits performance reports to product teams and engineering personnel.
• Collects and analyzes machine performance data as required.
