Job summary

Jora Malaysia is looking for a passionate and hands-on E&E Engineer to join its robotics and AGV division. You will work in field environments, handling wiring, troubleshooting and system integration to ensure reliable AGV deployments at plantation and industrial sites.

In this role you will assist with wiring, test controllers and sensors, configure peripherals, and collaborate with senior engineers to learn AGV operations and safety procedures while delivering practical field solutions.

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or related field.
Strong interest in robotics, automation, AGV, IoT, and electrical systems.
Hands-on mindset for field and plantation/industrial environments.
Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and work closely with experienced engineers.
Able to work independently as well as within a team.

Responsibilities

Assist with field testing and deployment of AGVs at plantation and industrial sites.
Perform wiring and electrical connections for AGV systems and test controllers/sensors.
Install and configure charging docks, sensors, and peripherals; integrate with IoT systems.
Carry out routine inspections and diagnose electrical and system faults.
Learn from senior engineers and contribute ideas for improvements.
