Job Description
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct in-store data collection and retail audits for Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) products.
- Recruit and maintain panel stores, distribute incentives, and build strong retailer relationships.
- Ensure data quality by revisiting stores, troubleshooting issues, and supporting backend systems.
- Contribute to team learning, share best practices, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Data Quality Focus
- Maintain accuracy and integrity of collected data.
- Explain and validate data movements store‑by‑store.
- Reinforce quality KPIs and resolve issues (coding errors, unclear manuals, category definitions).
Qualifications
- Minimum Sijil Peperiksaan Malaysia (SPM) or any diploma from local universities.
- Any experience in FMCG retail sales or marketing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently, high integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency with smartphones, gadgets, and collaboration tools (Google, MS Office, Skype, etc.).
- Willingness to travel within KL & Selangor, conduct fieldwork in varying conditions, and engage with shopkeepers.
- Problem‑solving mindset, coaching ability, and professional maturity.
