Job summary

NG CHONG GENG & SONS SDN BHD' is seeking a Field Conductor to join our team in Taiping, Perak. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating field operations within our Oil Palm Plantation business.

What you'll be doing

Supervising and directing field crews to ensure efficient and effective execution of oil palm plantation activities

Coordinating the deployment of equipment, resources and personnel to meet operational objectives

Monitoring field conditions and adjusting plans as needed to address challenges and optimise productivity

Liaising with management to provide updates on progress, issues and recommendations for improvement

Ensuring adherence to all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Experience in a field operations or supervisory role within the oil palm plantation or similar industry

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills to coordinate complex field activities

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with diverse stakeholders

Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations and best practices

Ability to work independently and lead field teams to achieve targets

Willingness to work flexible hours and travel to remote field sites as required
