Job summary

Ng Chin Siu & Sons Rubber Estates is seeking a field operations supervisor to manage day-to-day estate activities and ensure operations meet cost, quality, and timeline targets.

The role requires supervising harvesting and field works, enforcing MSPO compliance, and maintaining safety standards, with priority given to candidates with 2+ years of field experience and the ability to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Languages: Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Certifications: SPM, STPM, MPOB, Sabah Skills & Technology Centre certificate.
• 2+ years field experience encouraged.
• Immediates start is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Involve in day-to-day field operation of the estate.
• Ensure operations are cost effective, timely and meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Ensure estate practices comply with MSPO requirements.
• Supervise harvesting operations to meet schedule and standards.
• Supervise field work (pruning, weeding, manuring) to acceptable standards.
• Supervise and control workers to maximize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and training requirements.
• Adhere to Labour Law and company rules and regulations.
• Assist with any other tasks assigned by Manager.

• Involve in day-to-day field operation of the estate;
• Ensure all operations are carried out in a correct, cost effective and timely manner in alignment with specifications and quality requirements;
• To ensure the estate practices are in compliance with the relevant MSPO requirements;
• Supervision of harvesting operations to ensure harvesting rounds are performed according to schedule & harvesting standards are maintained;
• Supervision of field work (i.e. pruning, weeding, manuring) to ensure it is done to acceptable standard;
• Supervision & control of workers with a view of maximizing productivity;
• Ensuring all occupational safety and health requirements are complied with; including ensuring workers are adequately trained & equipped;
• Adhere the rules and regulations stipulated under the Labour Law and also by the Managements;
• Any other tasks / objectives which may be assigned by your Manager.

Requirement For Field:

• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• SPM, STPM, MPOB, Sabah Skills & Technology Centre certificate Holder
• Field staff with more than 2 years experiences are encouraged to apply
• Able to start immediately is an added advantage
