Job summary

Qarbotech is seeking passionate Sales Agronomists to promote QarboGrow across Malaysia, targeting agri-input resellers, distributors, farmers, and plantation owners. The role combines agronomic know-how with commercial acumen to drive product adoption and support company growth.

You will travel extensively to rural and plantation sites, conduct product presentations and field trials, provide agronomic advisory, and build long-term relationships with key accounts and partners.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of crop physiology, plant nutrition, and sustainable farming practices.
• Proven sales track record, ideally with distributor networks.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively to rural and plantation areas.

Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: identify and develop new business opportunities, achieve targets, build relationships, conduct presentations and field trials.
• Technical Support & Agronomic Advisory: provide guidance on QarboGrow usage, collect feedback, support on-site agronomic consultations.
• Marketing & Promotion: prepare sales reports, market insights, and competitor analyses; share success stories to strengthen brand credibility.
