THE LAST BELL CAFE BAR in Malaysia is seeking an energetic bartender to join a small, tight-knit team. You will craft cocktails, pour wines and beers, and contribute to a healthy beverage program.

We value outgoing, friendly team players who can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Fluent English is preferred to interact with a diverse Solaris clientele and deliver top-notch hospitality.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

About Us

THE LAST BELL CAFE BAR is a cozy, speakeasy-style café and bar tucked away in the vibrant heart of Solaris Mont Kiara. We are known for our great hospitality, easy clean food, and high-quality, beverages.

We are looking for an energetic, passionate bartender to join our small, tight-knit team and elevate our beverage game!

What You’ll Do

Craft exceptional drinks: Prepare and serve a curated menu of cocktails, beers, wines, and healthy signature beverages with precision and care. (We can train you if need)

Deliver heartfelt hospitality: Greet our regulars and new guests warmly, take orders efficiently, and make personalized drink recommendations.

Maintain the vibe: Keep the bar area pristine, organized, and fully stocked with fresh ingredients, ice, and glassware.

Manage inventory: Track stock levels of alcohol, mixers, and fresh ingredients, letting management know when it's time to reorder.

Ensure safety: Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible alcohol service.

Who We Are Looking For

Experience: Prior experience as a bartender or barista in a fast-paced café, bar, or speakeasy environment is highly preferred.

Skillset: Solid knowledge of classic cocktail mixing, pouring technique, and a genuine interest in healthy beverage trends or willing to learn with team members with 20 years under their belt

Personality: Outgoing, friendly, and team-oriented. You thrive in a dynamic, late-night setting and enjoy chatting with patrons.

Flexibility: Available to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays (shift ends at 2:00 AM).

Communication: Fluency in English; the ability to speak other local languages is a great plus for interacting with our diverse Solaris clientele.
