Qualifications

• Minimum Professional Certificate or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics Engineering.
• 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
• Experience with battery maintenance or assembly is preferred.
• Direct experience in setup, calibration, and repair of production equipment (welders, electrical testing, soldering, UV curing) is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Downtime Response & Repair: Promptly attend to equipment downtime, performing rapid electrical, mechanical, or software troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve failures in non-functioning production and test equipment.
• Equipment Setup & Changeovers: Execute precise equipment setups, calibrations, and changeover activities to ensure total hardware readiness for continuous production lines.
• Technical Maintenance: Dismantle, adjust, repair, and reassemble highly specialized manufacturing machinery according to blueprint layouts, operating manuals, and engineering schematics.
• Testing & Modifications: Use technical diagnostic and electrical testing tools to complete post-repair checkouts and perform authorized equipment modifications under the direction of manufacturing and test engineers.
• Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in both technical optimization tasks and non-technical structural initiatives, including contributing to Lean Six Sigma projects to reduce waste and maximize line efficiency.
