Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods and verify against orders or delivery notes.
• Store goods in designated locations to maintain organized storage.
• Pick and prepare materials per job orders with accurate quantities and specs.
• Pack goods securely for internal distribution or shipping with proper materials.
• Manage dispatch by safely loading goods and preparing shipping docs.
• Operate forklift and other material handling equipment per safety guidelines.
• Conduct routine inventory counts and assist stock control to minimize discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment following 5S and regulations.
• Report damaged materials, shortages, or quality issues promptly to supervisors.
• Collaborate with Production and Procurement to fulfill material requisitions.
