Job summary

Fashdex Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a creative Content Creator & Social Media Executive to produce engaging fashion content for our women's brands. The role requires planning content, shooting photos and videos, and editing short-form videos across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

You should have a Diploma or Degree in Digital Media or a related field, 1–2 years' experience, and proficiency in CapCut and Canva. Mandarin is a plus and you must be comfortable writing English captions.

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Digital Media, Mass Communication, Marketing, Multimedia, Creative Media or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation or social media.
Must be able to personally shoot and edit short-form videos.
Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and current social media content formats.
Proficient in CapCut and Canva. Knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop or similar software is an advantage.
Good fashion sense and interest in women's fashion, styling and lifestyle content.
Able to write clear and engaging English captions.
Mandarin-speaking ability is an advantage, especially for Xiaohongshu-related content.

Responsibilities

Content Planning: Plan monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
Content Creation: Personally shoot and edit short-form fashion content for platforms.
Shooting and Production Support: Prepare shot lists and coordinate shoots.
Social Media Management: Manage daily postings across platforms and monitor engagement.
Campaign and Retail Support: Create content for launches, campaigns and events.
Performance Monitoring: Track reach, engagement and growth; compile reports.
