Job summary

You will lead and train technicians in failure analysis methods, support reliability assessments, collaborate with cross‑functional teams, and publish detailed findings. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or Chemistry is required, with preferably 1 year in manufacturing, and strong report writing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Physics, or Chemistry.
• Preferably 1 year of related experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in technical report writing and problem‑solving.
• Strong proficiency in English (writing, speaking, and listening).
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train technicians and operators in failure analysis techniques and procedures.
• Support failure analysis and reliability assessments according to internal and external customer needs.
• Conduct hands‑on analysis for quality incidents to identify root causes and solutions.
• Perform general maintenance of lab equipment and manage spare parts inventory to ensure continuous operation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and refine FA techniques and prepare detailed technical reports to publish findings.
