Job summary

Howdy Master Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Factory Facilities Maintenance Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot factory facilities, utilities and equipment to ensure stable operations. You will monitor electrical systems, HVAC, compressed air, water supply and other factory utilities.

Responsibilities include preventive and corrective maintenance, investigating breakdowns, coordinating with contractors, monitoring energy use and costs, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance, and maintaining

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Facilities Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in factory facilities maintenance or industrial engineering.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing or an EMS factory is preferred.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, utilities, preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Able to work independently and respond to urgent facility issues.
• Fluent spoken and written Chinese is required for engineer-level roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot factory facilities, utilities and supporting equipment to ensure stable operations.
• Monitor and maintain electrical systems, air-conditioning, compressed air, water supply and other factory utility systems.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance according to schedules.
• Investigate equipment and facility breakdowns and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for maintenance and repair works.
• Monitor energy consumption, equipment performance and maintenance costs.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and factory regulatory requirements.
• Maintain maintenance records, inspection reports and technical documentation.
• Support factory expansion, equipment installation and facility improvement projects.
