Tacam Steel Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced operations professional to lead and optimize day-to-day production in a metal fabrication environment. The role emphasizes meeting delivery and quality expectations while scaling capacity and flexibility and controlling costs.

Responsibilities include reducing wastage, aligning manufacturing to use in-house resources efficiently, maintaining equipment, and upholding health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of ERP or MRP systems is a plus.
• Strong time management and budget controlling.
• Possess good communication and teamwork skills.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Responsabilités

• Plan, execute and optimize day-to-day operations to meet delivery and quality expectations.
• Increase production capacity and flexibility while minimizing costs.
• Adopt manufacturing to maximize utilization of in-house resources and outsource inefficiencies.
• Minimize wastage & overtime.
• Ensure compliance to health and safety regulations and maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
• Ensure proper maintenance and renewal of equipment, machineries and factory’s facilities to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
• Create a relationship of trust with colleagues and employees by practicing accountability and leadership by example.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Managers.
