Job summary
Top Precision Manufacturing Sdn Bhd is seeking a Factory Manager to oversee a precision manufacturing facility in Penang. You will lead a 25-30 person production team, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure production targets are met while upholding ISO/GMP standards.
You will develop production plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Strong English and Mandarin are required, with experience in Lean manufacturing preferred.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in manufacturing operations, with at least 2 years in supervision.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
- Solid knowledge of ISO or GMP quality management systems.
- Strong English communication skills; Mandarin proficiency required.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing methods preferred.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day factory operations and meet production targets.
- Lead and mentor a 25-30 person production team.
- Ensure ISO/GMP quality management compliance across processes.
- Develop production plans and optimize capacity.
- Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity and reduce waste.
- Maintain health, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Coordinate with senior management and other departments.
- Prepare reports and present KPIs to leadership.
