Job summary

JOINTHIRE SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a Facility Technician cum Boilerman for our printing-industry facility.

You will carry out preventive, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of facilities and surroundings, and maintain daily to yearly maintenance records. You will identify machine problems, work with Engineers, and prepare preventive maintenance schedules. The role requires 1 year of facility maintenance and boilerman experience, strong problem-solving, and team orientation.

Qualifications

Proven skills in problem analysis and technical problem-solving.
Strong team-working skills and quality focus.
Ability to present technical information and conceptualize equipment maintenance.
1 year experience in facility maintenance and boilerman duties.

Responsibilities

Carry out preventive, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance of facilities, building, and surroundings.
Complete daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance records for scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Prepare reports and make recommendations for spare part replacements and solving maintenance-related problems.
Identify machine problems and provide feedback to Production, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
Prepare preventive maintenance schedules on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
Take immediate action during machine breakdowns and follow up with necessary actions.
Cooperate with Engineers to resolve major technical problems.
