Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. in Shah Alam is seeking a dedicated Facility Technician to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our building facilities and production utilities.

You will lead equipment service, supervise external vendors, and ensure EHS and fire safety standards are met to maintain zero downtime on production lines.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics /Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience.
• Good understanding of EHS and Safety rules and regulations.
• Motivated, approachable and good interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• In charge of building facilities equipment including service and maintenance.
• Ensure all the utilities support to production in good and proper condition.
• Make sure all the utilities supply and no any down time to production or for the Facilities.
• Ensure facilities and Fire Safety Equipment are in good working conditions and in compliance to EHS rules and regulations
• Maintain good housekeeping at work and ensure that all operational equipment is functioning
• Good follow up on all repairs or maintenance matters
• To ensure all technical issues are identified and handled efficiently
• Manage and supervise external maintenance vendors

We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Facility Technician to oversee the maintenance and reliability of our building facilities and production utilities. You will be the primary lead in ensuring zero downtime for our production lines by managing equipment service, supervising external vendors, and upholding EHS and Fire Safety standards.
