Aufgaben

• Tenant & Management Support: Promptly attend to and resolve maintenance complaints or service requests.
• Scheduled Inspections: Carry out routine facility checks as designated by management to prevent issues.
• Communication & Reporting: Liaise with the Operation Supervisor and Site Manager, update and report as required.
• Emergency Response: Be available to respond to urgent or emergency situations during off-office hours when required.
• Third-Party Vendor Management: Coordinate, monitor, and accompany 3rd-party service providers during site visits.
• Repair & Maintenance: Perform hands-on corrective maintenance and general repairs to keep the property in top condition.
• Tools & Equipment Care: Monitor, maintain, and safely store all tools and equipment provided by management.
