Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to independently evaluate and select solutions.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to meet physical requirements (standing, walking, climbing, lifting up to 50 lbs).

Responsibilities

• Assist in performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks across building systems and equipment.
