Job summary

TE Connectivity seeks a Facility Engineer to oversee the engineering, operation, reliability, and maintenance of facility infrastructure and utilities essential for manufacturing. You will lead PM/PdM programs, drive energy efficiency, and manage projects while ensuring regulatory compliance and safety.

The role requires strong troubleshooting, RCA capability, and experience coordinating contractors and vendors to minimize downtime and optimize performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical, mechanical, facility engineering, building services or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant facility/manufacturing experience.
• Strong knowledge of industrial facility systems and utilities.
• Experience in preventive/predictive maintenance and facility reliability.
• Experience in facility project management.
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA capability.
• Good understanding of EHS and statutory requirements.
• Experience managing contractors and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the engineering, operation, reliability, maintenance and continuous improvement of facility infrastructure and critical utilities to support manufacturing operations.
• Provide technical leadership for facility systems and drive PM/PdM activities.
• Lead facility projects, improve energy efficiency, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Conduct RCA for major failures and develop corrective actions to improve MTBF and reduce MTTR.
• Develop emergency response and recovery plans for critical utility failures and lead recovery during interruptions.
