Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in facilities background.
• Strong knowledge of facilities systems (Chillers, CDA, Dehumidifier, BMS, Lift, Electrical).
• Knowledge of SPC is an added advantage.
• Hands-on experience with BMS and maintenance strategies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily facilities mechanical/electrical operations to support manufacturing activities.
• Act as technical focal point to ensure system availability, reliability, and compliance.
• Provide technical guidance for facilities operations and maintenance execution.
• Operate and maintain all facilities equipment to ensure production continuity.
• Lead or support facility expansion and utility upgrades.
• Develop and oversee preventive maintenance programs; conduct condition-based maintenance.
• Identify energy optimization opportunities and track savings.
• Use SPC and data to monitor system performance and trigger preventive actions.
• Lead root cause investigations and coordinate with vendors/contractors for repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety, ISO 9001, and environmental requirements.
