Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Kanry Sdn Bhd is seeking a Facilities Management professional in Malaysia, based in Johor Bahru. Salary ranges from RM4,000 to RM5,000 per month with Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:30 PM and a variable bonus. On-site work location to include Johor Bahru and Kulai, with relocation possibly upcoming.

The role involves overseeing daily facility operations, maintenance planning for HVAC and electrical systems, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring safety and documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Building Management, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in facilities management or similar roles.
• Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and fire protection systems.
• Experience coordinating with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of office and warehouse facilities.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities for HVAC, electrical systems, fire protection systems, machinery, and other building facilities.
• Monitor equipment conditions and ensure essential utilities such as electricity, internet, and telecommunications are operating smoothly.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance works, quotations, and repair services.
• Support facility improvement initiatives, including renovation, upgrading, and expansion projects.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety requirements while maintaining accurate maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
