Job summary

JLL Malaysia is seeking a Facilities Engineer to drive site operations for mechanical systems and fire life safety programs. You will collaborate with the FM team to meet KPIs and SLA targets while aligning with safety and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, conducting energy management initiatives, ensuring documentation and PM/CM execution, and providing advisory support during site inspections and project development.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Chemical Engineering.
• 1-2 years of experience in facilities management, mechanical systems, or similar.
• Fresh graduates may also apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage site facilities operation focusing on Mechanical Process & LSS (OFA, PCW, GEX, WEX & PVAC).
• Execute PM/CM and drive continuous improvements to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Coordinate with vendors for technical audits/maintenance as scheduled.
