Job summary

WD is seeking a facilities operations lead to manage the HVAC and mechanical systems across multiple plants. You will oversee maintenance, system monitoring, and compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, coordinating with contractors and internal teams to ensure reliable operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, cost optimization, and collaboration with manufacturing to support production needs, with responsibility for plan shutdowns and facility improvements, and ensuring IMS, 5S

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• PMP or FMP certification would be an advantage.
• 5 to 10 years working experience in facilities related field in semiconductor or electronic or related industries.
• Able to demonstrate leadership, management and HVAC technical know how.

Responsibilities

• Establish operation procedures, system monitoring and repair maintenance for responsible sections.
• Review operating data to optimize facilities operating system.
• Support production/manufacturing needs and requests.
• Collaborate with facilities peers & contractors for troubleshooting.
• Drive cost saving and improvement programs.
• Supervise contractor engineers and technicians to ensure HVAC & Mechanical systems support production and meet specifications and regulations.
