Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree required with 1–2 years of related experience
• Ability to lift heavy loads and meet physical requirements
• Good communication and basic work routine understanding
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Outlook and similar Office apps

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems
• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs
• Assist with installation and modification of building equipment and systems
• Review work orders and track completion with available systems
• Support energy management by ensuring building systems operate efficiently
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes and safety regulations
• Exchange straightforward information clearly and concisely
• Follow defined procedures to deliver output under supervision
