Collins Aerospace Malaysia seeks a motivated Facilities Intern to support the Facilities team in ensuring the smooth operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our workplace. Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property Management, or related discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good organizational ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; eager to learn and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily operations of the Facilities department.
• Assist in coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Monitor facility assets and maintain accurate maintenance records.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services.
• Support office space planning, workplace moves, and facility setup activities.
• Assist in tracking facility work orders and service requests.
• Conduct routine facility inspections and report maintenance issues.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Assist with inventory management for facility supplies and equipment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and workplace enhancement projects.
• Perform administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting as assigned.
