Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years in building maintenance/facilities management.
• Experience supervising teams and coordinating maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead management of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Supervise mobile technicians; assign work orders and provide coaching.
• Monitor BMS, coordinate maintenance, and ensure regulatory compliance.
