• Provide excellent customer service to staff, TVCs, guests and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Communicate information verbally regarding the building, the office and its facilities.
• Maintain cleanliness, comfort, safety, and appearance of the assigned area to high standards.
• Assist staff at the site and provide end-to-end service including meeting room services and events.
• Coordinate deliveries, space planning, and events as part of facilities & building management.
• Be the first friendly face visitors see and uphold the brand image of client and JLL.
• Identify and report hazards or issues promptly and professionally.
