Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of facilities management experience in BPO/shared services/large corporate offices.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, fire protection systems, and building management systems (BMS).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and facilities systems.
• Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, UPS, generators, and fire protection systems.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely maintenance.
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
• Support workplace projects, renovations, and infrastructure upgrades.
• Conduct regular facility inspections and audits for service quality and readiness.
• Manage facility-related incidents and coordinate emergency response when required.
• Track maintenance schedules, service reports, assets, and facility documentation.
• Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and procurement of facility-related services and equipment.
• Support business continuity planning and critical facility operations.
• Respond to facility escalations and ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
