Concentrix is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Facilities Engineer to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our office facilities. The successful candidate will ensure that all building systems, equipment, and facilities are operating efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of building infrastructure and facilities systems.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, UPS, generators, and fire protection systems.
- Coordinate with landlords, vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
- Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Support workplace projects, renovations, office expansions, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Conduct regular facility inspections and audits to ensure service quality and operational readiness.
- Manage facility-related incidents and coordinate emergency response activities when required.
- Track maintenance schedules, service reports, assets, and facility documentation.
- Assist in budget planning, expense monitoring, and procurement of facility-related services and equipment.
- Support business continuity planning and critical facility operations.
- Respond to facility escalations and ensure timely resolution of workplace issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Facilities Management supporting BPO, shared services, contact center, or large corporate office environments.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, generators, UPS, fire protection systems, and building management systems (BMS).
