Job summary

RWMS First World Hotels & Resorts Sdn Bhd at Genting Highlands seeks an Engineering Officer (Building) to oversee MEP and building services, ensuring preventive maintenance effectiveness. You will support the Facilities Manager in operations, HSE, procurement, and vendor management, guiding the technical team.

Key tasks include maintaining facility operations, updating asset registers, ensuring statutory compliance, and driving energy-management initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of working experience in related field preferred.
• Willing to base at Resorts World Genting, Pahang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP and building services to ensure effectiveness of preventive maintenance program.
• Assist Facilities Manager in site facility management, HSE, procurement & vendor management, and technical team leadership.
• Oversee facility management (Operations & Maintenance) and ensure adherence to standards and procedures.
