Job summary

ONE COMPLETE SOLUTION (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking an experienced facilities professional to join our on-site team, focusing on mechanical systems and building services delivery for our client.

You will oversee water-side and air-side equipment, perform preventive and reactive maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure safety, quality and uptime targets are met. The role demands strong analytical skills, a degree in engineering or related field, and the ability to work independent and during standby

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering / Science / Facilities Management or related field.
• 8+ years O&M experience with ACMV systems in critical facilities (or 5+ years in other facilities).
• Strong familiarity with ACMV, CDA, CRAC, TX and related jargons; units of measurement (PPM, PSI).
• Self-driven, proactive, able to work independently and during standby hours.

Responsibilities

• Comply with Client's process flows on PPM and Reactive Maintenance (RM).
• Develop and/or review MOPs for equipment/systems where PPM or RM is executed.
• Manage, track and ensure timely deliverables of OCS appointed and managed vendors.
• Collaborate with internal team to ensure documentation processes are followed.
• Participate in shutdowns and major activities, including weekends/Public Holidays.
• Prepare daily/weekly updates and monthly report summaries as necessary.
• Repair and perform preventive maintenance on ACMV components, pumps, and associated systems.
• Troubleshoot defective equipment and maintain a snags list with rectification plans.
• Perform daily inspections of critical equipment and monitor power, cooling, and environmental systems.
