Job summary

You will monitor schedules, budgets, and progress while guiding junior staff and maintaining design integrity across multidisciplinary teams. The role requires strong communication and problem-solving under pressure.

Qualifications

• Master in Architecture required.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Prepare and review design development, authority submissions, tender and construction drawings.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, authorities and project teams.
• Monitor project timeline, design quality, budget and construction progress.
• Attend site meetings, consultant meetings and site inspections.
• Ensure architectural works comply with regulations, standards and design intent.
