Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in fabrication, mechanical, construction or workshop operations.
• Experience in supervisory/management roles.
• Able to read and interpret drawings, BOMs and specs.
• Proficient in MS Office; inventory/production planning systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, monitor and control fabrication work per drawings and specs.
• Track progress, resolve bottlenecks and supervise manpower.
• Coach and improve productivity, quality and safety.
• Coordinate with Engineering, QA/QC, PM and Procurement.
• Maintain records and support site construction when required.
• Oversee store and inventory management and purchasing within budget.
