Job summary

KMSB Kalbe Malaysia Sdn., Bhd. is seeking a Finance and Accounting Assistant to support daily finance tasks, maintain records, and ensure accurate financial processing within Kalbe's finance team.

Based in Kuala Lumpur, this role involves handling financial issues, preparing reports, and assisting with policy implementation while providing administrative support to the finance department.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily finance and accounting tasks.
• Handle financial issues and provide solutions.
• Support finance and accounting activities and maintain records.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Support the implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy.
• Provide administrative support to the finance and accounting department.
• Membantu tugas keuangan dan akuntansi harian.
• Menangani masalah keuangan dan memberikan solusi.
• Mendukung aktivitas keuangan dan akuntansi serta memelihara catatan.
• Memastikan pemrosesan transaksi keuangan yang tepat waktu dan akurat.
• Membantu dalam persiapan laporan keuangan.
• Mendukung implementasi kebijakan dan prosedur keuangan.
• Memantau dan merekonsiliasi akun untuk memastikan akurasi.
• Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada departemen keuangan dan akuntansi.
