Job summary

Irkaz Holdings is seeking a food service assistant to prepare meals according to centralized plating and patient dietary requirements. You will count inventory, deliver meals to patients in the ward, and maintain hygiene in serving areas.

The role requires good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to follow dietary plans, and willingness to work a 2-shift rotation. Prior experience in healthcare or hospitality is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / O Level or equivalent.
• Willing to work on a 2-shift rotation.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for patient/customer service.
• Ability to follow dietary plans, order counts, and hygiene guidelines.
• Prior experience as Waiter/Waitress, F&B Crew, or Catering Assistant in a healthcare/hospitality environment is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Preparing meals according to centralized plating / individual serving trays based on the quantity and specific diet types ordered.
• Counting inventory of crockery, cutlery, and trays after use.
• Delivering and serving meals to patients in the ward.
• Cleaning crockery, cutlery, and trays after use.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
