Job summary

Le Méridien Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Full-Time Guest Services Supervisor at our Kuala Lumpur location. You will lead staff to deliver exceptional hospitality, monitor grooming and attire, and ensure all dining room operations run smoothly to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities include assisting management with hiring, training, scheduling and evaluating staff, while ensuring safety and quality standards are upheld in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to provide optimum service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire and rectify deficiencies; complete opening/closing duties and stock supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating, service, safety and guest well‑being; complete work orders for maintenance; manage inventories.
