VISTA Eye Specialist in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Care Consultant to provide patient education, handle registration and appointments, and coordinate surgery scheduling for a smooth patient journey.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, is proactive and service-oriented, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Sales exposure in healthcare is a plus and opportunities for growth are offered within a dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any relevant discipline with 2–3 years of relevant working experience.
• Proactive, positive, and a strong team player.
• Fast learner with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Adaptable and able to respond positively to changing priorities.
• Sales experience in the medical or healthcare industry will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with appropriate education and guidance throughout the consultation process.
• Handle patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-up.
• Coordinate and manage surgery scheduling to ensure smooth arrangements.
• Attend to patients’ enquiries, needs, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient patient flow throughout the centre.
• Support and participate in marketing activities, including roadshows and other promotional events, when required.
• Prepare and maintain relevant statistics and reports for monitoring and management review.
