Our teams are made up of Security Operations, Operations Support, Business Operations, Environmental Health and Safety, and People Experience. What You’ll Do

• Lead day‑to‑day security operations across multiple critical infrastructure sites
• Lead and manage security teams across multiple sites
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security procedures, policies, and regulations
• Manage workforce planning and operational performance
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement across security operations
• Provide leadership during audits, assessments, and emergency situations
• Champion continuous improvements, innovations and high‑performance culture

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in a Security Manager, Operations Manager, Facilities Manager, or similar leadership role
• Strong people management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience managing operational teams in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities
• A customer‑focused mindset with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Strong organisational and reporting skills

While security industry experience will be highly regarded, we also welcome candidates from facilities management, operations management, hospitality, logistics, defence, emergency services, and other service‑based leadership environments.
