Job summary

LiberNovo is opening its first flagship store in Malaysia at Mid Valley Megamall. The role focuses on welcoming customers, guiding immersive demos, and driving sales both on the floor and via livestreams.

Training from the international HQ is provided, with opportunities to grow as the retail network expands in the region. As part of the founding team, you will engage in events, campaigns, and aftersales support, while maintaining demo units and documenting daily sales and feedback.

Qualifications

• Open to SPM holders and above; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Friendly, proactive and confident in communicating with customers.
• Comfortable on camera and speaking live to an audience, or willing to learn.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Willing to be based at Mid Valley Megamall.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through demo experience zones.
• Conduct engaging, consultative product demos.
• Answer questions and handle objections, including online price comparisons.
• Meet store sales targets through proactive engagement and honest product recommendations.
• Promote campaigns, bundles, opening promotions and the launch lucky draw.
• Process transactions on POS and arrange warehouse-to-home delivery orders.
• Capture customer contacts and WhatsApp opt-ins for follow-up, events and promotions.
• Host regular livestream sessions to showcase products and close sales in-stream.
• Appear in short-form store content and help capture same-day customer moments and reviews.
• Respond to pre-sales enquiries on e-commerce and social platforms.
