Job summary

Agro Snow Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. in Tanjung Langsat, Johor, is commissioning a new Alfa Laval Wet Extraction Plant and seeks an experienced Plant Operator to operate, monitor and troubleshoot the system.

You will handle wet-process manufacturing, start-up/shutdown, CIP and process control using PLC/HMI/DCS interfaces. Responsibilities include ensuring product quality, adhering to GMP/HACCP and EHS standards, coordinating with maintenance and engineering teams, and maintaining accurate production

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in wet-process manufacturing is required.
• Experience operating Alfa Laval equipment is mandatory.
• Familiarity with PLC/HMI/DCS/SCADA systems for process control.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor the Alfa Laval Wet Extraction Plant, including start-up and changeover activities.
• Perform routine troubleshooting and ensure product quality and safety compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance and Engineering teams during plant issues and preventive maintenance.
