Job summary

Byron Recruitment is seeking an expatriate English Language Instructor to plan, teach, and evaluate lessons for international students. The role includes maintaining student records, handling administrative duties, and supporting Associate Instructors.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s or Degree in Education or a related field with 2–3 years of teaching experience, and may have TESL/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification. Native English speakers are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's or Degree in Education required; 2–3 years of teaching experience.
• Degree in other fields requires 2–3 years teaching and either an Education qualification or 10 years teaching with confirmations.
• TESL/TESOL/TEFL/CELTA certification (min 150 hours).
• Native English speakers from UK, USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Plan, teach, and evaluate language lessons for international students.
• Maintain student class records and reports.
• Fulfill administrative duties related to teaching and student progress.
• Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with teaching techniques and trends.
• Assist in coaching and mentoring Associate Instructors to ensure program success.
