Job summary

Sungrow in Malaysia is looking for an Exhibition & Event Planning and Execution professional to manage the full lifecycle of country-market events, including exhibitions and workshops. You will coordinate timelines, drive booth design, and ensure budget adherence while coordinating with overseas vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Public Relations or related fields.
• Around 2 years of experience in marketing event planning or B2B exhibition/workshop organization.
• Proven experience planning and executing offline events/exhibitions, familiar with booth design and on-site coordination.
• Basic content writing and material consolidation skills; familiarity with social media operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute offline events for country market, including exhibitions and workshops, covering concept design, agenda planning, and venue/booth setup.
• Coordinate full event communication timeline with promotional rhythm.
• Lead design and planning of exhibition halls/booths, visual presentation, layout flow and interactive elements.
• Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure event quality and budget control.
• Plan technical-sharing workshops, structure content with technical team, manage on-site logistics.
• Consolidate content and produce post-event reports and follow-up promotional materials.
• Organize overseas project case studies and after-sales service cases, translate technical info for market-facing language.
• Collaborate with design team to produce event materials, posters, long-form graphics, and collateral.
• Support regional content plan by publishing and promoting event content on social platforms and tracking basic analytics.
