Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a highly organized Technical Productions Assistant (Dedicated Client Support) based in Kuala Lumpur with hybrid travel to Seremban 2. You will support the MNC Event Technical Director with administrative coordination and pre-show production tasks.

You should have a Diploma and 1–3 years in event management or production support, with proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 1–3 years in Event Management or Production Support.
• Excellent English and Mandarin language skills.
• Strong administrative and calendar coordination abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Dedicated Executive Support: gatekeeper to the MNC Event Technical Director and calendar management.
• Pre-Event Technical Coordination: draft run-sheets, decks, and equipment manifests; liaise with vendors.
• On-Site Event Assistance: support the Director during travel and live shows; manage run-sheets and crew communications.
