Job summary

Ocean Network Express in Malaysia is seeking a Shipping Sales Executive to support key accounts and manage quotations, inquiries, and document follow-ups. You will drive telemarketing efforts to recover lost customers and promote ONE e-Com/digital tools, while ensuring data accuracy in ONE Force and contributing to client retention.

The role requires a degree or equivalent, with at least 3 years in shipping sales or related industries, and a proactive, customer-focused approach in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Provide accurate quotations to customers.
• Respond to phone calls and emails.
• Follow-up on Shipping Instructions, missing documents, no-show and Dangerous Goods applications.
• Conduct telemarketing calls - lost recovery / gaining new customers.
• Promote, educate & guide customers into using ONE e-Com/digital tools including Live Chat.
• Perform timely and accurate Detention & Demurrage & Commerce Control List (CCL) waiver requests.
• Familiar with TIGER filing system and independently perform rate filing without errors.
• Manage overdue, change of destination and long stay containers.
• ONE Force Data Handling - Making sure that data are always updated timely in the system.
• Support Outdoor sales on customer retention and maintaining a/c profile.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate quotations and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Handle communications via phone and email and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Coordinate shipping instructions, document collection and DG applications.
• Engage in telemarketing to recover lost accounts or win new customers.
• Promote ONE e-Com/digital tools and assist customers in adoption.

• Support outdoor sales in retaining customers and updating account profiles.
