Job summary

SD Guthrie Berhad is seeking a capable Sales Operations Coordinator to manage and coordinate customer sales orders from confirmation through delivery. You will ensure pricing, product details, quantities and delivery schedules are accurately recorded and collaborate with Production on availability.

You will monitor orders, support forecasts for domestic and export markets, and generate reports on volume, revenue and market performance while maintaining CRM data and supporting process

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• 2-3 years experience in sales operations, administration or related functions.
• Proficient with MS Office and data management tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from confirmation to delivery.
• Record pricing, product details, quantities, and delivery schedules accurately.
• Coordinate availability with Production and relevant teams.
• Monitor outstanding orders and follow up on fulfilment.
• Assist in monthly/quarterly/annual sales forecasts for domestic/export markets.
• Prepare sales reports covering volume, revenue and market performance.
• Maintain customer information, CRM/database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support order coordination for permits, paperwork and shipment arrangements.
• Identify risks and escalate for timely resolution.

Your Mission

• Manage and coordinate customer sales orders from confirmation through delivery.
• Ensure pricing, product, quantity, delivery schedule and supporting documents are accurately recorded.
• Coordinate product availability and delivery requirements with Production and relevant teams.
• Monitor outstanding orders and proactively follow up on fulfilment.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts for domestic and export markets.
• Consolidate customer requirements to support production planning.
• Monitor actual sales against Budget, Forecast and prior-year performance.
• Prepare sales reports and dashboards covering volume, revenue, customers, product mix and market performance.
• Maintain customer information, sales records, CRM/database and sales pipeline.
• Coordinate customer enquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
• Support domestic and export order coordination and work with Commercial Operations on permits, documentation and shipment arrangements were required.
• Liaise with Finance on invoicing/payment status and with Logistics on delivery execution.
• Identify order, inventory or delivery risks and escalated for timely resolution.
• Support sales process improvement, digitalization, automation and development of SOPs.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by Management.

Education / Professional Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, Finance or other relevant disciplines.
• 2-3 years experiences in related fields.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, reporting or data-management systems would be an advantage.

Professional Experience

• Relevant working experience in sales operations, sales administration, customer service, commercial operations or related functions.
• Experience supporting B2B sales and/or agriculture/plantation-related businesses would be an advantage.
• Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines and cross-functional coordination with limited supervision.
