Job summary

Villamas Group of Companies is seeking a Marketing Executive/Assistant to support the Manager and Head of Department in creating and promoting marketing campaigns and events for our residential and commercial developments.

You will coordinate with design agencies, prepare marketing materials, and assist in campaigns across digital, print, and events channels to boost project visibility and investor interest.

Qualifications

• Assist in developing marketing campaigns and events for property development.
• Prepare marketing materials and submissions for approvals and listings.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to promote projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating for develop the perspective for the project such as: compile quotations, setting of angles, colour testing, layout illustration
• Assist in coordinating with design agency for logo, marketing brochure, directional signage, billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, online banner and flyer design
• Preparing documents for submission of application and renewal DLAP such as: BM & English brochure, BM & English billboard, bunting, banner, newspaper ads, flyer, online banner and directional
• Assist in coordinating on the product website development from compile information, website structure, images and go-live
• Assist for preparation of sales kits for real estate agencies
• Assist to compile of project kits for banker end-financing
• Identify location for billboards and signage for superior or management decision
• Preparation of invitation for launching campaign
• Assist on preparation of marketing campaign such as road shows, private events and online sales campaigns

Job description

Marketing executives / assistance to assist the Manager / HOD to develop the marketing campaigns / events and all related activities to promote the development. The role shall encompass creative, analytical, digital, commercial and administrative responsibilities. Marketing executives / assistance should be working closely with other employees / external parties in areas such as advertising, market research, production, sales and distribution.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in marketing or real estate or any related qualification or equivalent
• Preferable minimum 2 – 3 years working experience in property development industry or any related industries
• Well-versed and knowledge in overall sales or marketing documentations and/or any related authorities' submission or application
• Possess strong analytical skills and result-oriented
• Possess excellent presentation, interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication skills
• Possess own transport and able to work independently or minimum supervision
