Job summary

KPJ Healthcare Berhad is seeking an experienced Registrar to provide strategic leadership for the Registrar’s Office across campuses, ensuring a student‑centred service model and efficient operations.

The role covers records integrity, registration management, policy compliance with MOHE and MQA, graduation audits, academic publications, data reporting, and SIS/system oversight to support university-wide excellence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership & Management: Provide executive leadership for the Registrar’s Office, including personnel management, budget, and process improvement.
• Records Integrity & Security: Ensure accurate, secure, and confidential maintenance of all academic records in compliance with policies and legislation.
• Registration & Enrollment Management: Direct the registration process, including course enrollment, add/drop/withdrawal, class scheduling, and classroom allocation.
• Policy Interpretation & Compliance: Interpret, implement, and enforce academic policies in line with MOHE and MQA.
• Graduation & Degree Audit: Oversee degree audits, graduation eligibility, clearance, convocation, and diploma issuance.
• Academic Publications: Publish the Academic Calendar, Course Catalogue, and examination schedules.
• Data Stewardship & Reporting: Serve as data steward for student records, generating reports for planning and accreditation.
• System Management: Lead maintenance and enhancement of the Student Information System and related technologies.
